Fashion Week is always filled with many surprises from the designers, to show how creative they can be. Yesterday, Victoria Bartlett unveiled the sweater-kini! Like many things that are seen on the runway, Its a very cute piece, just don't know where you will be able to rock a sweater-kini in the winter months....but that's fashion for you!
